Local Deliveries

 *Free within a 50 mile radius of our Weymouth store, you will receive the following:

· A SMS/Text message to advise you automatically when your order arrives at our warehouse

· A phone call from our showroom team to arrange a convenient delivery date

· Delivery Monday to Saturday, with a choice of morning or afternoon delivery

· 20 Minutes notice on day of delivery to give you a better idea of delivery time

Our Two Man Delivery Team Will:

· Contact you when they get underway

· Wear deluxe shoe protectors to protect sensitive flooring if requested.

· Position the furniture in the room of your choice

· Assemble divan beds and attach fitments on assembled furniture

· Remove all packing materials from your home

· Recycle whenever possible

In the unlikely event of a problem, our delivery team will take photographs and email them to our customer services team for any issue to be resolved promptly. 

We also offer a furniture disposal service and can take away your old sofa or bed on the same day of delivery. Just contact us with your order to add this service to your delivery. 

Out Of Area Delivery

· We use third party couriers who are able to deliver all the products we supply. Small to medium items will be delivered to your doorstep. Larger items will be delivered to a room of your choice by a designated delivery team.

Collection

· If you are local to Dorset or the surrounding areas and would like to collect the item, we can  arrange a convenient collection slot for you to come to our warehouse and take your order away yourself. Please contact us at the main showroom to arrange.
